Shipping & Delivery – Japanese Furoshiki is eco wrapping

eco wrapping with Furoshiki uses Economy Air Mail(SAL) and Registered Mail via JP Post for all international deliveries.
 
Everything is sent by Economy Air Mail(SAL) for international orders, except when you chose the Express Mail Service(EMS) add 10 USD. More details below.
 
Economy Air Mail(SAL) with Registered mail
Delivery usually takes about 2 to 4 weeks. It can be longer depending on the period (the holiday season for instance). For some areas, delivery can take more than a month.
 
Express Mail Service(EMS)
Deliveries with this service are fast and usually delivered within 4 to 5 days.
 
Tracking your percel
Parcels sent can be tracked at the JP POST website with the tracking number included in the shipping confirmation.

All purchases over 100 USD are free postage with all countries!
 
A flat rate of 10.00 USD will be charged for all purchases.
Aiso you can chose the Express Mail Service(EMS) add 10.00 USD when you order.

Postage or other return costs will be the customer’s responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
You must return the goods, together with their packaging, in the same condition as supplied to you.
 
If you would like to return an item for any reason, please request an order number and we will review your request within 24 hours.
